Can you download Netflix to your computer?

You can download select TV shows and movies on the Netflix app to watch offline later. This feature is available on the Netflix app for Apple iOS or Android mobile devices and computers and tablets running Windows 10. Downloads are not currently supported on other devices, or on computer browsers.

Update the Netflix app

Select Store from the Start screen or the Taskbar.

Select the User Icon to the left of the search box.

Select Downloads or Updates.

Select Check for Updates.

Select the down arrow on the right to download the Netflix update.

The Netflix app will now be downloaded and updated.

Deleting Downloaded Netflix Videos

From Netflix, tap on the menu button (the series of stacked lines in the upper left corner)

Choose “My Downloads”

Tap on the Edit button and then tap the X button on a video you wish to delete from offline viewing downloads in Netflix.

Repeat with other videos and shows if desired.

Netflix is finally making it possible to watch shows offline on your Windows PC, but you won’t be using your browser to do it. The Netflix app in the Windows Store supports downloading select titles for offline viewing. Using Netflix’s offline functionality is just the same as on a smartphone or tablet.
